Copper Carbon Tensile System

At the critical shaft–handle junction, our Copper Carbon Tensile System combines the complementary properties of copper and graphite to deliver the best of both materials.

Copper’s controlled plastic deformation helps absorb and dissipate impact energy, reducing vibrations and limiting crack propagation within the graphite structure. Meanwhile, graphite’s high stiffness and elasticity provide excellent resistance to cyclic loading, enabling the material to return quickly to its original position.

This synergistic fusion of metal and carbon fiber enhances resistance to mechanical degradation while effectively dispersing vibration waves and reducing their amplitude. The result is faster recovery, more responsive performance, and enhanced fatigue resistance at the shaft–handle joint.

Key Performance Benefits

• Faster Recovery — Shortens recovery time for quicker response between shots.
• Enhanced Responsiveness — Delivers a more immediate and controlled playing feel.
• Improved Fatigue Resistance — Strengthens durability against repeated loading and mechanical stress.
